Upload or paste a claim and the same agents that audit the batch will review it. Nothing is stored and nothing joins the audit queue — an upload lives for one request.

Synthetic or test data only. This is a demo environment. Do not upload real member or patient data. De-identified and anonymised extracts still derive from real people and are not acceptable here. Every upload is screened the moment it arrives — before the box below is even considered — and one that looks like a real record is refused and named rather than reaching an agent. That screen is a guard, not a guarantee: it cannot tell a synthetic name from a real one.

A file wins if you supply both. amount is what was paid; should is the allowable. Without an allowable there is no variance to find.
